    Installation Technician – SVG-GPS

    SVG-GPS is seeking an Installation Technician to join the Installations Department. This department is tasked with the efficient installation of advanced electronic equipment in a variety of vehicles.

    Key responsibilities include:
    • Completing all assignments scheduled by the scheduling department promptly and in accordance with established Tracker standards.
    • Providing support to the organization and collaborating with departmental staff.
    • Assisting other departments and branches across different regions as needed.
    • Maintaining a strong focus on customer service and working autonomously.
    • Displaying a keen attention to detail and high level of meticulousness in installations.
    • Upholding a professional appearance as a representative of the company.

    Candidates should have a strong work ethic and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Job Responsibility

    • Execute the installation of advanced electronic systems across a range of vehicle types, including motorcycles, trucks, buses, and heavy machinery.
    • Ensure that all installations meet established quality standards.
    • Conduct installations at locations that are convenient for the customer.
    • Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers throughout the installation process.
    • Complete all necessary documentation related to the installation.
    • Deliver customer service that adheres to established standards.
    • Take responsibility for identifying and requesting any additional resources needed.

  • Educational Requirement

    A High School Diploma is preferred, and possession of a National Technical Certificate in Automotive Electronics or Motor Mechanics would be beneficial.

  • Experience Requirement

    • A minimum of two years of experience as an auto electrician or motor mechanic, including the installation of tracking devices, vehicle accessories, and alarms, is required.

  • Additional Requirement

    • Age 23 to 65 years
    • Both males and females are allowed to apply

    • A valid driver's license is required
    • Proficiency in computer usage is essential
